  How to apply for classification
  To obtain information on the classification of meublés de tourisme, please submit your request via the online form: https://www.tours-tourisme.fr/qualification/, a full information pack will be sent to you by return e-mail.
  The Office de Tourisme & des Congrès Tours Val de Loire has been accredited by AFNOR to classify furnished tourist accommodation since 2012. If you choose to be classified by the Tourist Office, an appointment will be arranged with the inspector in charge of your file within one month of receiving your order form. You will receive an email confirming the details of the classification visit.
  The Tourist Office undertakes to carry out the inspection visit within 3 months of your request at the latest. This deadline may be extended if you or your representative cancel the appointment.

  Qualifying your B&B means...
  Guarantee the neutrality of the qualification process: “Chambre d'Hôtes Référence®” offers an alternative to owners who do not wish to adhere to a label but want to promote their accommodation. The decision to qualify, after a visit, is made in complete neutrality by a departmental commission.
  Enhance the value of your accommodation, guarantee recognition of its comfort features and provide your customers with the assurance of a quality welcome, services and facilities.

  In France, unlike other types of tourist accommodation (campsites, hotels, furnished accommodation, etc.), there is no government-run classification system for guest rooms. “Chambre d'Hôtes Référence®” is the scheme initiated by ADN Tourisme to help develop the quality of these accommodations and offer them an alternative to labels.
