    In the former home of the poet Ronsard, the gardens are ideal for strolling
    but also to creativity. All summer long, two workshops are on offer: “Create your own plant medallion”, to create your own work of art from the imprint of a plant collected on site, or “Solar Impressions”, an introduction to a black-and-white photographic process using sunlight. Afterwards, you can relax on deckchairs in the gardens or try out the new olfactory trail in the old kitchen and the poet's bedroom.

    Discover aquatic animals at the Museum of Natural History


    Learn all about the aquatic life around you! The “Au fil de l'eau, les animaux aquatiques de Touraine” exhibition lets you observe the inhabitants of ponds and lakes, as well as rivers and the Loire, through reconstructions of their living environments. To make learning fun, you can also put yourself in the shoes of a scientist, with experiments to carry out.

    If you want to enjoy the sunshine and have fun in a park on a human scale, head for Family Park. This amusement park south of Tours offers a water park and over 40 activities for the whole family to try out.
    In Rochecorbon, near Tours, Lulu Parc also offers a wide range of attractions for children aged 1 and over. You can round off the day with a drink on the banks of the Loire at the Guinguette de Rochecorbon, just a few metres from the park.
